We are always looking to expand our talented, driven and ever growing team of Stylists, Technicians, Assistants,

Our goal as a salon since 2001 at Cass and Company Salon is to create a relaxing and positive environment. We strive to put our guests at ease as soon as they step into our salon and are greeted by one of our many talented team members. Our motto

guests through mutual respect and top of the line hair care and spa services.
Our stylists begin their career at Cass in our Internship Program, which offers one-on-one training with in-salon educators and group instruction. All of our staff also receives continuing education opportunities with ongoing workshops and in-house classes, as well as education opportunities outside of the salon, to expand knowledge, keep up with new trends, and perfect our ever-growing craft!

Education
We are always striving to continue our education. We attend classes locally with Bennie Pollard, Eufora, HotHeads, Primer, Kevin.Murphy & Aveda Team members and many other renowned stylists and educators. We have also traveled to New York, Louisville & Chicago for additional training. We also provide in salon training with our own educators!
We always look for fun ways to get away as a staff for retreats to learn & while enjoying each other's company!
