Cass & Company Salon was established in April 2001, to provide superior services in a space where our guests can come to receive the "Best Experience of their Day!"  To keep our staff inspired we provide opportunities for advanced education inside and outside of the salon on a regular basis to perfect our craft, as well as creating a feeling of family we like to extend to our guests in the salon! 


Our goal is to create a feeling of warmth, welcome, and comfort in a place that provides quality and creative services while being the best in the eyes of our guests, team members, and the community. We will always strive to build long-term guest and employee relationships based on mutual respect and loyalty.

Angi Snodgrass is the owner of Cass and Company Salon in Avon, Indiana.

Angi opened Cass and Company Salon in 2001, and its been history ever since!  At the end of 2020 Angi decided to retire from her 33 year long career “behind the chair” and focus more on her role as founder and owner of Cass & Company Salon.  She continues to uplift, guide and inspire her current and new talented stylists inside and outside the salon.  She is a firm believer in continuing education inside and outside the salon, and enjoys attending and teaching classes with her staff. 


Angi is married with 3 children and 2 dogs. Outside of the salon she is passionate about her faith; and enjoys camping with and supporting her close circle of friends.  She is an active member of the Avon Chamber of Commerce and enjoys giving back to her surrounding community.
