Cass and Company Salon takes pride in servicing you, our guests, with high quality services and products in a safe and well-run environment.

We have created the following policies to ensure that every guest of our salon receives the Best Experience of Their Day!

Our policies create consistency within our environment for our team, and for you. Our team and business rely on our guests supporting these policies to make our time away from our families prosperous and fulfilling as possible!

Appointment Cancellation and "No Show" Policy:


We are so glad to have you as a guest in our salon! We know that everyone's time is valuable, and we want to make sure you're getting the best possible care. You will be a hero to us, your stylist, and to someone who could use our expert services if you call to cancel 48 hours prior to your color appointments. 

If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.


~ When you need to Cancel / Reschedule an appointment please allow 24 hours advance notice when doing so.


~ If you are under the 24 hour mark when cancelling your appointment, you will be charged a $30 Cancellation Fee.


~ In the event that you are running 15 minutes (or more) behind for the scheduled start time of your appointment, other accommodations may need to be made (i.e. adjusting your services performed that day OR forfeiting your scheduled appointment and rescheduling for another day/time).


~ If you No-Show for your scheduled appointment,

you may be charged up to 50% of your scheduled services for that day.


~ Multiple No-Show's in any 12 Month period will result in requiring a Credit Card to be held on file for future services

 - which would NOT be charged unless in the event of a Late Cancellation or No-Show.


As a reminder, our Cancellation Policy fees are a courtesy charge to your service provider that you were scheduled with, so that they will not go uncompensated for the time they set aside for your appointment.


Color Correction Policy:


All Color Correcting services WILL require a credit card to be held on file - which will NOT  be charged unless in the event of a Late Cancellation or No-Show to your appointment (please refer to cancellation policy above).

As a courtesy to our staff, no promotions or discounts will apply to color correcting services. 


Confirmation Text:


As a courtesy, 48 hours prior to your appointment you will receive a confirmation text. Please understand that it is your responsibility as a client to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed / canceled appointments, and the cancellation fee.



Refund Policy:


Products, boutique items and services are not eligible for refund. We strongly believe and stand behind the products we use and recommend. In the event a product recommended does not fit your needs, an exchange of the product for another recommended product can be made within 7 days of purchase (difference in value will be honored). Boutique items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.


Chargeback Policy:


If there are ever any issues with your ticket of the amount you were charged, please contact Cass & Company Salon immediately. We will work with you to resolve any issues you may have.


If a client files a chargeback with their bank and/or credit card company, Cass & Company Salon will submit a rebuttal to the claim.

 Furthermore, Cass & Company Salon will hold the right to refuse any future services, or ask that a credit card be held on file for any future services.


Gift Card Policy:


Gift cards sold at Cass & Company Salon must be purchased either in person or through our Online Gift Card Portal.

Gift Cards can be used in the salon to purchase either services or products. Gift Cards cannot be used for gratuity.


Service Adjustments & "Re-do" Policy:


Cass and Company Salon is always striving to better ourselves with our talent and creativity. While at times we may fall short, we do encourage our guests to express that their desired look may not have been met. Our adjustment policy gives our guests 7 days from the original date of visit to come back in for a complimentary adjustment with the original stylist. Please note: adjustments are not necessarily an entire service needing to be repeated; it may be just a little more off the top or a few more hi-lights placed from what the original service was. If there is a change of mind from what the original service/consultation was, a nominal service charge will be applied. Please also note that we cannot honor a complementary adjustment with another stylist or if it’s outside the 7 day period. If choosing to have adjustment made by another stylist, their regular service charges will be expected.  If hair is altered by another salon or by yourself the redo policy is void, and you will have to pay for your full future appointment cost.


Child Safety & Policy at Cass & Company Salon:


Our concerns are for the safety of your children.  We ask you to consider the fact that sharp instruments, hot styling tools, chemicals and busy, congested areas combine to make any salon a dangerous environment for your children. No matter how careful we are, accidents can happen and do happen. When bringing young children into the salon, please provide supervision for them in the form of a friend, spouse, or older sibling.

We want everyone's experience at  Cass & Company Salon to be relaxing and rejuvenating.

  To help make this happen and to help reduce congestion in the service areas, we ask that friends and family of clients wait comfortably in the seating / waiting area.

    We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.  We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.


    After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) is NOT stored on our servers.
