  • ABOUT ME

    Helping others has always been my purpose. For 15 years, I did so through insurance and customer service in consultant and management roles. However, I realized that corporate structure was limiting my potential and stifling my ability to serve in a way that felt truly meaningful. Stepping into massage therapy allowed me to reconnect with my purpose—this time, as my most authentic self.


    I discovered that my mental health wouldn’t allow me to simply go through the motions. Massage therapy has been a transformational journey for me, not just as a practitioner but as someone who has personally experienced its profound benefits. The impact has been so powerful that it has inspired real lifestyle changes, and I’m seeing tangible results.


    My mission is to educate, inspire, and support you within my scope of practice. Whether through hands-on therapy or holistic guidance, I look forward to collaborating with you and promoting true relaxation on your wellness journey.
